Free to feel Emotional Intelligence |
“I am no longer so concerned with the events of the past because I know they have nothing to do with my present freedom. I am more accepting of myself and my feelings than ever before. Avoidance strategies (such as watching TV or reaching for caffeine or alcohol) do not interest me as much because I know that whatever I’m feeling now is what I’m supposed to be feeling and that’s okay.”

Road to Freedom Emotional Intelligence |
I thought I was in pretty good touch with my emotions until I started releasing on the "little things" and found layers I need to work on. I feel calmer and happier. I love the way I can instantly become aware of a potential problem and release it before it grows. I've only begun my road to freedom!

Emotional Intelligence Emotional Intelligence |
Wanted to let you know how much I love the Sedona Method. For me it was the missing link that I always knew was there but couldn't grasp. It is so simple and yet so powerful. I now have a framework and a language to describe whatever I'm feeling and the tools to release anything that doesn't serve me.
