I let go of my identifying with being a fat woman Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
While learning The Sedona Method in February of 2005 I made a decision to release my life-long problem of being overweight. I released about it at the course I was taking; I released about it when I listened to the CD course; I released about it at The Facilitator's (now called Coach) Training; I released about it at a 7-day Retreat. After that retreat I visited a friend on the way home and ate everything in sight for 3 days. I thought to myself,"Hmmm, THAT didn't work." But I never quite changed my decision to use The Method to lose weight. I really didn't focus on it after that. About a month later I began to get interested in a particular way of eating (I was a "diet" pro, having been on diets on and off since I was 2 years old), and in a way of breathing and moving my body that required only 15 minutes per day (I abhor exercise). I began using both of them to support me in releasing the weight. I believe I let go of my identifying with being a fat woman and shifted my consciousness. Since February, 2006 I have released 40 lbs! It was easy and fairly effortless. This, for me, is a miracle as I had been "trying" to lose weight for most of my life. I am continuing to release weight, so I will be updating this gain. Of course, I use releasing in all areas of my life and release daily - most often with my releasing partner. I also teach The Method to most of my clients because I think it is the fastest way to heal ourselves (I work as a psychotherapist). This method has changed my life, and I am extremely grateful for it.

Changed My Life Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
After years of struggling, finally The Sedona Method came to me. Learning and practicing the method has changed my life in new and very positive directions. I have lost 50 lbs. and now eat the proper food to maintain my normal body weight. Because I had such great success, I enrolled in the Facilitator/Coach training so I can help spread the word. The Sedona Method really works!

Losing Weight Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
I tend to avoid releasing on the "big" issues but when I do- pay dirt! When I did some releasing on being overweight, I immediately joined a gym and started losing weight. Even one or two releases before eating seems to keep me choosing healthier foods.

Easy Loss of 10 Lbs in 2 Months Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
I set a goal to get to my ideal weight. In order to do that, I had to lose 20 lbs. I have been trying for years to lose weight, but every time I would lose a few pounds, I would quickly gain them back. Again, I don't know if eliminating the tension in my stomach helped, or if just releasing before eating did it, but I have lost 10 lbs. in the last 2 months. The amazing thing about it though, is that I really didn't feel that I was working that hard to do it. It just happened.

I Lost 16 Lbs, Feel Better, Look Better Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
In the six weeks that I have been practicing the method and with my number one objective being to lose weight - I have lost 16 lbs. I feel better and I believe, look better. I really do feel like I have dropped 10 years and at 54, that's no mean feat. The amazing thing is that I have not gone out of my way to diet. I have not done any other plan, yet incredibly I have lost weight. My opinion is that the course is worth every penny.

A Short Cut To The Heart Of the Problem Eating Disorder / Weight Loss / Food Addiction |
The Sedona Method is different from anything I have ever done before. It works on a feeling level and allows people to eliminate negative emotions and thoughts. The Sedona Method is so fast and effective because it goes directly to the heart of the problem ... it is a short cut for anyone who uses it.
