7 Day Retreat Pain Management |
I'm so thrilled with the results of a week with Hale at The Sedona Method Retreat. My neck, shoulders and lower back are more limber than they have been in a long time!
I'm sure my staff will really appreciate the sense of peace about me.
Love it!

Shorter recovery from surgery + loss of fear of pain Pain Management |
Recently, I had a dental surgery. When the anaesthesia was fading, I did the releasing on pain as proposed by Hale. I alternately allowed myself to feel the pain and the emptiness. It was a wonderful experience. I did not need to take a pill as in former cases. I had had this kind of surgery already 5 or 6 times and the recovery process was always very slow. This time it took less than half of the usual time.
Another gain: My whole life long I had been very sensitive towards pain, own as well as others (I am a very empathetic person). I really feared pain and tried to escape it. Allowing me to feel it and to feel the emptiness, has totally changed the picture. I am no longer afraid of it and feel really free and transformed.
Meanwhile I have used the process several more times and each time I am in awe of the experience.
Warmly, Monika

Pain Management Pain Management |
I have read that The Sedona Method could help people with physical problems, but I never in a million years thought that could be true for me. It is true. The Sedona Method can alleviate physical problems-just by releasing. I have had a gnawing, ulcer-type pain for years that left on my 2nd day of the retreat. What a wonderful gift!

Enhacing My Life Pain Management |
The Sedona Method program has been very helpful. After releasing during the first evening session I slept wonderfully. When I woke up I had no neck and shoulder pain for the first time in several years. Releasing is easy and relaxing. I feel very lucky to have been able to attend. I look forward to using the tools I have learned to enhance my life.

My Back Pain Improved Pain Management |
When I came to The Sedona Method 7 Day Retreat I had been suffering lower back pain for 3-4 months. My doctor had diagnosed me with a herniated disk and I was taking muscle relaxers and pain pills regularly. After "releasing" for three days my back pain was almost completely eliminated and my flexibility and movement were increased significantly. My back continued to improve for the rest of the retreat. No more need for the muscle relaxers or pain pills.

My Pain Dissolved Pain Management |
After one day at the Sedona Method Basic Seminar in 2003 my "non-curable" hip and lower back pain dissolved and disappeared! I had tried chiropractic adjustments and Feldenkrais bodywork, but nothing helped. I thought I would have it forever and I'm only 47 years old.
Plus, my making an object out of spirituality dissolved. Wow, I'd been trying to breakthrough in that area for 20 years!!
Now I just rest.(laughter)

Pain Stopped Instantly Pain Management |
Have released on feeling pain. I put my finger on a hot grate in the oven and jumped back and immediately released. To my amazement, the pain stopped instantly and there was no blister.

The Method Stopped Sinus Headache Pain Management |
I used the Method when I felt a sinus headache developing--after releasing, the feeling was gone. Used the Method to stop my chronic back problems from developing beyond a point when I knew it was tightening up.

My Headache Left and Didn't Return Pain Management |
During the second weekend of the course, I was experiencing a severe headache. The instructor took me through a release and that fast, my headache left. I had no pain for about 3 or 4 minutes. As soon as I walked out, the pain returned. I immediately began releasing on the pain myself. My headache left and didn't return. Because I was dealing with such a tangible feeling, i.e., pain, the release was undeniable. It gave me confidence in the Method that up to that time had been eluding me.
