Releasing to Abundance

Nature's Abundance

Nature’s Abundance

“Abundance is something we naturally need and want, but we often tend to sabotage our efforts to create this abundance with our own expectations and limitations. When you examine your expectations of abundance you free yourself to uncover and live the abundance that is right within and around you all the time. This enables you to have, be, and do more of what you choose in life.

Tip: Allow yourself to start letting go of your pictures of abundance. This may seem counterintuitive because you are often encouraged to visualize what you want in order to have it. Of course, this is a valid tool. However, we usually try to visualize abundance on top of our beliefs and pictures of how it should look and feel and our beliefs of why we can’t or shouldn’t have it or do not deserve it. So we try to create what we want on a very shaky foundation.

If you are willing to let go of these pictures you will find that the power that is the way will start fulfilling your needs and desires in a much fuller and richer way. You will start acting in ways that are truly helpful in creating lasting abundance.”

Just Say Yes

Flowers of Life

“We are constantly saying “no” to life. It is a habit we all start very young, when we go through the terrible twos. Yet most of us never grow out of this inner rebellion and resistance to the way things are. This release will help you begin the process of letting go of your “no” and uncovering your inner “yes.”

Tip: Allow yourself to start letting go of your inner no and start embracing your inner yes. The more you do this the happier you will be and the easier life will get. This does not mean being a pushover or allowing others to take advantage of you. It simply means that the habit of saying “no” first can block clear perception. By letting go of this habit, your own inner knowingness and power will begin to dissolve and be replaced by the feeling of yes.”

From Change to Changelessness

“We live in a world that appears to be constantly changing. We get so caught up in all the external changes that we miss the changeless background on or in which all appears. We construct our world based on the change-full and wonder why we feel so out of control and dissatisfied. As we discover that changeless background we gain the strength to navigate the natural cycles and ups and downs of life.

Tip: Allow yourself to welcome what is as best you can, moment to moment, and allow things to change as they do opposed to always feeling like you need to direct the show. The more you let go of wanting to hold onto what is pleasurable and wanting to change what is painful or distasteful to you the more you will experience the joy an peace that is available to us each and every moment in life.

As you let go of wanting to direct the show it will start to surprise and delight you in ways you could not have possibly imagined based on past experience. And when things don’t go the way you want you will find that instead of getting stuck you handle challenges better. You will sail through life like a bird with the air beneath its wings.”

Each day is brand new so let’s celebrate the day with peace, joy and a unique release that will help you to have, be and do what you choose and to be the All. The Way to Happiness

Lester Levenson

“Non-attachment is the way to happiness. Disown all things from your heart while taking care of them. Consider them borrowed for use only. Use them with gratitude.”

–         Lester Levenson, Happiness Is Free and It’s Easier Than You Think, Book 3 of 5, Session 2

When we feel attached we are bound to the object of our attachment and it becomes the source of pain and unhappiness. The more you set yourself and everyone and everything free to simply be as it is the more you experience that joy that needs no reason to be.

All life is a gift from the One. Treat it as a gift as opposed to an entitlement and you will find your heart and life overflowing with joy and real abundance.

Enjoy,

Love,

What Are You Interested In?

Thursday, January 1st, 2015 by Hale Dwoskin

Lester Levenson“Now, the most important thing in quieting the mind is interest. When you are very interested in something, you’ll override all other thoughts. Likewise, if, with intense interest, you want to know, “What am I? What is this world? What is my relationship to it?” If there’s a real burning desire to get the answer, then all other thoughts drop away, and the mind becomes extremely concentrated. Then the answer shows itself. It comes from within. The answer is there all the time. The quieting of the thoughts allows us to see it, to see the answer that was there all the time, in the realm of knowingness, in the Self…”

–         Lester Levenson, Happiness Is Free and It’s Easier Than You Think, Book 2 of 5, Session 4

At this time of year we are often interested in making New Year’s resolutions in order to have a more of what we are most interested in this year.

What are you interested in? Allow yourself to explore your interests and do your best to be a little more interested in that which is real and changeless than you are in getting the next thing in life or avoiding what appears to be painful. The more you reinforce your interest in the truth of who or what you are the quicker the direct experience of the truth of what you are presents itself to itself.

To do anything effectively it requires concentration. Wherever you are succeeding in life it is due, at least in part, to your ability to concentrate on the goal. Allow yourself as best you can to spend a little more time every day concentrating on the goal of Absolute Freedom and Unbounded Joy. The more you make that your priority the more you will succeed in achieving the Ultimate Goal.

Make this the year to be more interested in Total Freedom!

Happy New Year!

Enjoy,

Love,

Is There a World and Truth?

Lester Levenson

“What is the difference between the divine and the worldly, the spiritual and the material? Is there a difference? Is there a difference between being spiritual and being in the world? There is a tendency for us to separate the two. That is a gross error. There is no difference between the spiritual and the material when we look at it from the viewpoint of truth…”

–         Happiness Is Free and It’s Easier Than You Think Book 4 of 5, Session 4

The mind is an instrument of separation. It is constantly separating us from our true nature by having us look outside of ourselves for the answer. We are whatever we are seeking from the world.

We also believe that the world is separate from us – separate from our true nature and somehow and hindrance to experience the Truth. As long as we believe this we make it so. You can find out from your own direct experience that the world is appearing in or on you and is no way separate from that which you are.

Right now, allow yourself to explore this question: “Can I actually find where the world ends and I begin or where I end and the world begins?” If you ponder this deeply you will experience directly the unity of all that is.

Enjoy!

Hale Dwoskin

Christmas Message from Lester Levenson

Lester Levenson

Lester Levenson

The following is an excerpt from Happiness Is Free and It’s Easier Than You Think: Book 1 of 5.  This talk was taken from Session 7 Book 1. This timeless message is just as appropriate now as it was when these words were spoken in the early 1960’s.

In Lester’s message he emphasized the importance of having a feeling of “givingness” towards everyone. The givingness he is speaking about comes from the direct realization that whenever we are giving we are giving only to ourselves. All apparent others are merely projections in or on the one Christ Consciousness or Field of Being that we are.
