Nature Is All Giving

Do I do my best to give without wanting anything in return and to be open to receiving with grace?

When we are always focused on what we are trying to get, we miss the opportunity to give. The old adage that says, “The more we give, the more we get,” is actually true. As you give without wanting anything return, you open up the floodgates of success, happiness, and well-being.

Also, one of the most giving things you can do is allow others to support you. This can be very counterintuitive. However, if you allow others to give to you, that too is giving.

A great way to explore this is to allow yourself to find small ways to give to others on a regular basis and then let go of wanting anything back in return from them. Even let go of wanting them to thank you and wanting anyone to know that you did what you did.

When people give to you practice saying “thank you” with and open heart and mind. Also, let go of the resistance to receiving even if believe you are being fully open to the gift.

The more you open yourself to giving and receiving without holding back you discover a new abundance filled world that is beyond the personal confines of where you usually live. In this new world there is enough for all and you find that you are always giving and receiving from yourself. This new world is much more exquisitely enriching then simply accumulating more stuff, yet is includes all that you need desire as well.

“We live in a world where everyone believes that understanding is king. Yet if you allow yourself to check you’ll discover that the more you want to understand something the less you actually understand. In fact, the only reason we want to understand our problems is because we plan to have them again. In this release we discover that as we let go we gain true inner knowingness.

Tip: Allow yourself to start letting go of wanting to figure things out. If you’re hesitant to let go of wanting to figure things out, check to see if you’d rather want to have the answers or actually have them. You will also find that as you let go of wanting to figure things out, true intuitive knowingness reveals itself to you.

The more you lead with your heart and not just your head, the more life takes on a new character that is richer and more alive. You’ll find this helps tremendously with all of these releases.”

This not only gets us into trouble individually, especially in relationships, but if you look into the world you’ll see this causes suffering everywhere. Yet our point of view is actually just the point of you. It is where we see from at the moment. And points of view change all the time. In this release you begin to uncover what’s beyond your point of view.

Tip: Learn to see the world through others’ eyes. If you allow yourself to a least be open to the possibility that yours is not the only point of view, a whole new world comes into view. Actively look for other points of view whenever you can—not just others’ points of view but also other ways you can see for yourself. You’ll discover that as you open to other points of view you become more enriched and enlivened.”

You Are Enough

“Most of us feel a sense of incompleteness no matter how much we have or accomplish in life. Yet we usually miss the fact that external accomplishment and accumulation has yet to make anyone actually feel whole and complete. Wholeness and completeness are characteristics of our natural state which is under all the layers of need and want. This release will help you peel the sense of incompletion away until you can discover this for yourself.

Tip: Allow yourself to notice how much you are trying to find completeness outside of yourself, and do your best to let go of wanting to look away from your natural inner completeness in order to find completeness outside of yourself. You can ask yourself this simple question to help with this exploration: “When is enough, enough?”

“When you dissolve the memories of the past, even the pleasurable ones, you create the space to experience the wonder that life has to offer now. You also dissolve the patterns that cause you to repeat destructive behavior and undesirable ways of thinking. You free yourself from the overarching pattern of blindly seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. As you free yourself from the pleasure/pain cycle your life becomes more filled with the joy from no external cause.

Tip: Allow yourself to notice how you are avoiding pain and seeking pleasure in your life. As you start to watch this pattern you gain freedom from the pattern simply in watching it. It helps you to not be as lost in the pattern as you once were.

Once you allow yourself to watch this pattern even just a little you are ready to go deeper.  Notice, often when we avoid pain we are pulling it towards us, and when we seek pleasure it often slips away or does not last. Also notice that right here, right now there is something that is already free of pain and pleasure. This Beingness or Isness is the source of uncaused joy and peace. Give this your focus more and more, and watch true healthy happiness fill your life with ease.”

“We are usually anything but free of our minds and with our minds. We feel victimized by our minds and we try to force the mind to comply with our will. This creates noise on top of noise and gives us little relief from the racket and commotion of our minds. In this release you will find yourself moving beyond mind and watching it with love.

Tip: From time to time give the mind your loving attention instead of trying to control it. We don’t mean let it run amuck; instead of beating it up all the time, occasionally reward it. The more you give the mind loving attention instead of always trying to fix it, change it, and push it around, the more it will actually quiet down and start cooperating with you.”

You Are Love

“Love is our basic nature yet most of us look for it in all the wrong places. In this release you will begin to dissolve the habit of looking for love where it isn’t and instead find love where it is.

Tip: When you find yourself looking for love outside yourself, allow yourself to give love instead. You do not necessarily need to modify your external behavior. Start by shifting your attitude and allow any external changes to happen organically.

Remember to have fun with this and allow it to be a natural exploration. The more you give love the more you recognize that the love you are seeking is actually shining in plain view right within you.”

Also, as recognize you are love. Your desire to get love will start to drop away and instead you will become a beacon of love and joy.
