Just Say Yes

“We are constantly saying “no” to life. It is a habit we all start very young, when we go through the terrible twos. Yet most of us never grow out of this inner rebellion and resistance to the way things are. This release will help you begin the process of letting go of your “no” and uncovering your inner “yes.”

Tip: Allow yourself to start letting go of your inner no and start embracing your inner yes. The more you do this the happier you will be and the easier life will get. This does not mean being a pushover or allowing others to take advantage of you. It simply means that the habit of saying “no” first can block clear perception. By letting go of this habit, your own inner knowingness and power will begin to dissolve and be replaced by the feeling of yes.”

The above text is an excerpt from the Sedona Method Release-A-Day program. Please comment below on how this is supporting you and the benefits you are getting from Release-A-Day.

Release-A-Day is a daily audio release on topics ranging from having more money, better relationships and more radiant health and well-being to living love, beyond the limits of mind and discovering and living the Truth of that which you are.

I was attending a course in Sweden this weekend where we were contemplating ego. It was exiting and interesting, turning thoughts and ways upside down. We were talking in the way that ego shows up during childhood, moving in to stay around the age of seven and growing stronger during your time to adulthood. What you are saying about “yes” here adds to my thinking about this. Ego seems to be a no-sayer, ego seem to want you to be dualized, in opposition, without confidence in the worlds good will. Saying, Yes!, especially light hearted and trustful makes ego sick to the stomach. I will have to let him go.

I just signed up to do the Sedona Method self-study course a couple of days ago, and yesterday was my 2nd day doing the Daily Release. I was familiar with the Sedona Method from reading the book a few years back, and doing a fair amount of releasing, working through the book – and I’m a long-time meditator too. I wanted to let you know that I experienced more and deeper peace in yesterday’s Daily Release than I have experienced in all my years of meditation or by any other method (and I’ve practised most of them extensively) – I am blown away by it and I so look forward now to building this amazing habit as I work through the course. Thank you!
