“We are usually anything but free of our minds and with our minds. We feel victimized by our minds and we try to force the mind to comply with our will. This creates noise on top of noise and gives us little relief from the racket and commotion of our minds. In this release you will find yourself moving beyond mind and watching it with love.

Tip: From time to time give the mind your loving attention instead of trying to control it. We don’t mean let it run amuck; instead of beating it up all the time, occasionally reward it. The more you give the mind loving attention instead of always trying to fix it, change it, and push it around, the more it will actually quiet down and start cooperating with you.”
