Our Retreats are designed to help you to dive deeply in the
limitless beauty, love, and peace that you are. You will learn tools,
perspectives and techniques to continue to transform every part of your
life from now on.
The retreat includes our newest Sedona Method process, The
Free Way. It is easy to use and incredibly powerful on every level. It
causes spontaneous laughter, peace, love, and joy, and opens you to living as
the natural state of Beingness.
With The Free Way, you simply allow yourself to
perceive whatever appears to be limiting “you” from the perspective of that
which has never been limited. As you do this all else dissolves revealing

Here are two wonderful comments we received...
“There are too many gains to all be told. Using Zoom was wonderful. To be able to see each participant and Hale full-screen was just amazing and powerful. Most profound is a deeper knowing of what I am, being able to experience that, and that it is so easy. It is so difficult to write about it because it is beyond words. Grateful for Hale's skillful guidance to help us be home. Love, love, love is.” -- Margo
“I was initially non-plussed about doing the retreat via Zoom instead of in person. My experience was much more complete than I expected it to be. I'm at home with my girls who are 12 and 5. It was fun to check in and connect with the retreat, and then take a break and play with them, or have the little one climb on my lap and listen to Hale for a while. At one point, during a release, the little one started screaming. When I went to investigate, the older one had accidentally smacked the little one in the face with her knee. I was able to handle the situation with a slightly stern, ‘I need you to play nice.’ They agreed, and I went back and settled back into the release as it was ongoing. It feels like a good exercise to be in the retreat and in the life of my body/mind at the same time.” -- Zac
