Effortless Releasing
6-Session Releasing Series
Letting go (even of our deepest fears, frustrations, or long-held limitations) can be easy and natural. But because most of us are in the habit of struggling in life, we tend to bring that same effort into the releasing process.
We forget that releasing is natural and always available.
We often approach the Sedona Method the way we approach much of life: by trying to push through, make something happen, or turn it into another chore to get through. But releasing isn’t meant to be a struggle. It can be enjoyable and fun. It can even be effortless.
That’s the focus of our brand-new six-session course, Effortless Releasing.
In this course, you’ll explore simple, direct ways to make releasing easier and more available to you, especially when you need it the most.
You will come away from Effortless Releasing with a greater sense of mastery in releasing, along with tools, tips, and techniques to help you continue to achieve great things, deep insights, and breakthroughs with letting go.
This course also has an exciting new format! It combines the skill, insight, and heart of four members of the Sedona Method instructor team and Hale Dwoskin. You will be nurtured and inspired by these five unique points of view.
Hale will present the first and final sessions. Sedona Method Certified Instructors Susan Seifert, Leah Pearlman, Andrea Filip, and Owen Donnelly will each present one of the Tuesday through Friday sessions with Hale as co-host.
And don’t worry if you cannot make it to all of the live sessions. We will have recordings for you, and they will be every bit as effective.
"The INSIGHTS I am gaining from each session are SO incredibly helpful for a newbie who has listened to the book and only dabbled a bit so far! The email about the series found me at the perfect time, hours prior to the 1st session, in my lifelong Sedona Journey (that I plan to share with thousands in the future) that is just getting started. So much appreciation!!!"🙏🕉❤️ -- Erin

We will cover...
Keep It Simple Sweetheart (Hale Dwoskin)
Sometimes the simplest things are the most powerful. We will explore some of the basic questions and concepts of the Sedona Method with fresh eyes and ears. You will either be reminded of or discover quick ways to get back on track when life seems to be going sideways and ways to dissolve even heavy burdens with poise and grace. This segment is also an introduction to releasing that you can bring to your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family to help them experience the benefits of releasing.
Keys to Effortless Releasing (Susan Seifert)
One of the things that prevents us from living our true nature and experiencing the fullness of each moment is the habit of efforting, trying, and pushing. When this creeps into our releasing practice, it can turn the delight and freedom of letting go into a tug-of-war filled with frustration and defeat. A little attention to what goes on "under the hood" when you let go results in releasing more deeply and without effort.
Susan Seifert has worked as a meditation teacher and coach for over fifty years. Now a Sedona Method Certified Instructor, she learned the Sedona Method in 2000 and has since shared it with thousands of people through her support calls and courses. She also enjoyed a career as a writer, won a New Yorker Magazine humor contest, and had her own successful telecommunications business. She lives in Iowa, USA.
Releasing Resistance (Owen Donnelly)
When we have a feeling of being unsafe, we respond by resisting whatever is creating the feeling. We exert effort in order to be safe, attempting to take control, which only emphasizes the need for ‘me’ to be in charge. When we resist, there is both a push and a pull, and we can feel stuck and powerless. We can get especially stuck in resistance when we want to change the past. As you release, let go, and connect with the oneness that you already are, all effort and resistance fall away and there is only ease and flow.
Owen Donnelly works in private practice as a counsellor and as a Sedona Method Certified Coach and Instructor. He offers coaching and instruction to individuals and groups, locally, internationally, and online. He enjoys sharing the gifts he has received from the Sedona Method including ease, calm, flow, and serenity. He lives in North West Ireland.
Greater Perspective Leads to Greater Peace (Leah Pearlman)
A common cause of suffering is when our lives, or the world, aren't the way we think they should be. Holistic Welcoming helps us expand our perception and begin to acknowledge things as they are. When you allow what is to be, resistance relaxes and peace expands. Greater peace can support you to feel less helpless and more empowered, less righteous and more understanding, less scared and more resourced to live and act in effective alignment.
Leah Pearlman is a Sedona Method Certified Instructor. She is Co-founder of The Welcoming Way, an organization that supports people to find the peace they already are. She primarily teaches through the Welcoming Way podcast and newsletter, as well as facilitating groups and occasionally supporting private clients. She lives in Vermont, USA.
The Stories You Have About Releasing (Andrea Filip)
Sometimes we get stuck in our stories and expectations about how releasing should unfold. Part of the story is our preferences and aversions about releasing, as well as how we are, or are not, in relationship to releasing. All these can obscure the reality of what is, and lead us to postpone, work too hard, feel pressured, or become discouraged altogether. When you are free of these stories you just enjoy the process and its benefits with ease, grace, and non-attachment.
Andrea Filip is a Sedona Method Certified Instructor and a teacher of other transformational approaches. Her work is guided by the intention to support individuals in leading extraordinary, authentic, and fulfilling lives. She regards the Sedona Method as one of the most profound tools available for self-realization, emotional well-being, and inner freedom. Currently based in Bucharest, Romania, she offers both online and in-person courses.
Elevating Your Results (Hale Dwoskin)
This session includes techniques and perspectives that are usually reserved for our retreats. They will help you feel a sense of wonder and peace as the boundlessness that is all life.
There is a deep underpinning to the Sedona Method that is based on the power that gives life to and supports us all. This boundless freedom and aliveness that all is can be recognized in a way that opens inner doors and exposes new vistas, and all releasing creates a feeling of lightness, joy, and peace.
