Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All Sedona Method® materials and presentations, in any format, including written, electronic, audio, or video, and all materials presented through Sedona Training Associates programs, events, publications, media, websites, and digital “My Library,” are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by Sedona Training Associates, LLC.

Users may not reproduce, copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, present, or create manuals, study guides, summaries, transcripts, compilations, derivative works, instructional frameworks, guided processes, or other materials based on Sedona Method teachings presented through Sedona Training Associates programs, events, publications, media, or other materials without the prior written permission of Sedona Training Associates.

Users may not use the name, voice, likeness, or recognizable style of Hale Dwoskin, or the Sedona Method teachings including those originating with Lester Levenson and presented through Sedona Training Associates, to create artificial intelligence generated content, including but not limited to voice models, chatbots, audiobooks, training materials, simulated teachings, or other AI-generated materials without the prior written permission of Sedona Training Associates. Sedona Method materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence systems or datasets without the prior written permission of Sedona Training Associates.

No portion of Sedona Method materials may be incorporated into any information storage, retrieval, or artificial intelligence system without the prior written permission of Sedona Training Associates.

License to Access Digital Content

When you purchase, enroll in, access, or otherwise obtain Sedona Training Associates digital events, programs, products, or content through our website or other authorized platforms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download or stream such materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
