100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased directly from us, return it within thirty days of purchase for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling. If the product was purchased on a payment plan, you will be refunded the money collected and the balance cancelled. No refunds, or cancellations of future payments, will be issued after thirty days from purchase.

At your request, we will extend the Satisfaction Guarantee up to six months if you contact us within the initial thirty days from purchase.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you call us and let us know of the defect.

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items

It is important that you place your name and order number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one. In addition, please put your name and address on the inside of the package with the reason for your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking.

Retreat/Seminar Refund Policy

  • No name changes allowed.
  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another course.
  • Cancel 30 days before event: Refund, minus $250 Cancel Fee.
  • Cancel 30 to 7 days before event: Refund, minus $500 Cancel Fee.
  • Cancel 7 days before event: No Refund.
  • No extensions allowed for any reason.

The Sedona Method events come with a 100% Tuition Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you attend all days of the event and are not satisfied with what you have received, personally let Hale know that you are not satisfied BEFORE you leave the event and your tuition less your registration fee will be returned to you.

MP3 Refund Policy

Any MP3 or download products purchased from Sedona.com has the same 30 day satisfaction guarantee as other products. Contact us by phone or email to process your return for exchange or refund.

Wholesale Refund Policy, Including Coach and Instructor Purchases

Product purchased at wholesale prices, which includes all coach and instructor purchases, is non-refundable. Product that is received defective or damaged by wholesaler, coach or instructor may be returned to STA for replacement.
