Here are a few gains from those who were on the course...
"It is just Beingness people-ing... that's great, Hale. I loved listening to you and hearing the familiar background sounds." -- Maggy
"I noticed gains throughout, there was such a an effortless flow to my day, no struggle at all!... I noticed I can relax in or on this flow and sit back comfortably and let it carry me. Letting the flow of life carry me really feels as if I'm on my favorite vacation, sitting on the beach. So relaxing. So soothing. So healing. So much ease and grace and flow, the effortlessness of this or life is such a beautiful thing! I am in awe and I'm in love with this new level of being. Thank you, Hale and All!" --Giovanni
"The main gain from Effortless Releasing volume 2 is that there is nothing personal. Everything is or even is not. Everything is boundlessness, perfection, light, love, or even nothing... And, in this waking dream or illusion, thank you so much Hale, Kim, Katja, Alex, and Arianna for feeling at home with you (just for a moment), even though there isn't any you, I, or home. Thank you, and boundlessness blessings to all of you." --Marina
We often approach the Sedona Method the way we approach much of life: by trying to push through, make something happen, or turn it into another chore to get through. But releasing isn’t meant to be a struggle. It can be enjoyable and fun. It can even be effortless.
That’s the focus of the new Effortless Releasing series which we introduced in August. Now, with Volume 2, we’re bringing you an all-new set of live sessions. Each class introduces fresh techniques, perspectives, and applications of the Sedona Method.
As we did in Volume 1, you’ll continue to explore simple, direct ways to make releasing easier and more available to you, especially when you need it the most.
You will come away from Effortless Releasing with a greater sense of mastery in releasing, along with tools, tips, and techniques to help you continue to achieve great things, deep insights, and breakthroughs with letting go.
Effortless Releasing Volume 2 follows our exciting new format! It combines the skill, insight, and heart of four members of the Sedona Method Certified Instructor team and Hale Dwoskin. You will be nurtured and inspired by these five unique points of view.
Each Volume in the Series features different Certified Instructors. In Volume 2, Hale will be joined by Sedona Method Certified Instructors, Kim Moriyama, Katja Tormanen, Alex Clark, and Arianna Angara. Hale will present the first and final sessions, and each Certified Instructor will present one session with Hale as co-host.
Every session in Effortless Releasing: Volume 2 is fresh and new, all designed to help you release more easily than ever.
Here's what we cover...
Your Key to Serenity (Hale Dwoskin)
One of the most powerful yet underutilized parts of the Sedona Method is letting go of “wanting to change it.” There is a whole step of the Six Steps that is based around this aspect of letting go. “If you’re stuck, let go of wanting to change the stuckness.” When I first started using the Sedona Method this tool was a lifesaver, over and over again. It can be applied to anything we would like to release, change, or improve.
As you let go of wanting change, it opens up the floodgates of the one power that is at the heart and is the essence of all. We will explore many dynamic ways of applying this tool to make life and releasing more effortless and fun.
Freedom to Do or Not Do (Kim Moriyama)
Much of our inner struggle comes from beliefs about what we should or should not do. These beliefs stir up wanting control, approval, or security, and leave us caught in a constant tug-of-war. In this session, you will release the push and pull of these attachments and aversions. What emerges is a natural aliveness and freedom that makes action, or inaction, flow with greater harmony and peace.
Kim Moriyama is a Sedona Method Certified Instructor, Transformational Leadership Coach and Program Facilitator, and a Wilderness Rites of Passage Apprentice Guide. She enjoys supporting people to thrive through life changes and discovering the freedom, peace, and joy that they already are through relationships, community, and nature. She lives in Colorado in the USA.
Letting Go of Fear (Katja Tormanen)
Fear can color the way we see everything and keep us from fully enjoying life. Yet when we take a fresh look, fear itself can become easier to release or even appear in a new light altogether. In this session, you will explore gentle ways to let go of fear so you can feel more relaxed, clear, and at ease, no matter what life brings.
Katja Tormanen is an author and a Sedona Method Certified Instructor. She found the Sedona Method twelve years ago and has been thrilled about the method ever since. She runs free monthly support calls as well as courses and one-on-one coaching. She lives in Oulu, Finland.
Dissolving the Anger Roadblock (Alex Clark)
Anger often feels like it has us trapped. Sometimes it seems justified, and other times we feel like we should not feel anger at all. Either way, it can hold us back. In this session, you will discover simple ways to let anger and its underlying causes melt away. As the grip of anger loosens, you will find yourself moving forward with greater ease and reconnecting with the calm that is always present.
Alex Clark is a Sedona Method Certified Instructor. He was introduced to the Sedona Method over twenty years ago and now uses it to help others access their inner strength and cut through anything that appears to hold them back. He enjoys working with people from all over the world and understanding each person’s unique needs. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
Beyond the Prison of Perfect (Arianna Angara)
The pressure to be perfect often hides just beneath the surface, driving us to try harder, do more, or never feel quite enough. In this session, we will use the basic releasing questions to dissolve the need for control and approval at the root of perfectionism. As you let go, you will notice how perfectionism shows up in the body and experience the profound relief of not needing to be perfect, even in releasing itself.
Arianna Angara is a certified hypnotherapist and yoga teacher-trainer who leads transformational retreats around the world. She guides participants to transmute pain into power and embody lasting freedom. As a Sedona Method Certified Instructor, she brings releasing forward as a foundational practice for letting go of conditioning and reconnecting with our natural state of joy and ease. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
What If It Is Not Personal (Hale Dwoskin)
We often take what happens much more personally than we need to. When we feel it is all about me we feel isolated and alone. Or, we feel that we have to do it because nobody else will. We also blame or shame ourselves because it appears to be our fault for whatever happens.
As you release the sense that all is personal, you discover that there is a universal energy that is always nurturing and supporting you and that you are not apart from boundless freedom and aliveness. This opens inner doors and exposes new vistas, and just like all releasing, creates a feeling of lightness, joy, and peace.
