3-Day Summer Retreat
Sedona Method retreats are designed to help you to dive deeply in the limitless beauty, love, and peace that you are. You will explore what is beyond the cycle of striving, fixing, and suffering to discover how to live life as it truly is; unbound, ever-free, and overflowing with a natural abundance, liberation, and joy.
Here's just some of what we will cover...
Life Is Not a Story
We use stories to effectively communicate and have healthy relationships, and this is just part of the richness of living. However, most of us have lost touch with what is just a story about what was and what might be as opposed to what actually is happening. As we release our limiting stories it can reveal a profound sense of freedom to simply be. Even though releasing stories is a powerful aid in releasing, there is another story that is more basic that often goes unseen. That is the story of “me.” We believe that our history—the events in our lives—are actually happening to “me.” Yet, what if this too is part of a story? As it is seen that anything you can describe about your history or your life is just a story, the story starts to dissolve into the one life that all is and needs no story to be.
There Is One Love
Love is all that appears and all that is invisible. Love is boundless and without conditions of any kind. When we think of love we are usually only thinking of need or desire. Love is actually beyond both need and desire, yet it gives life to both. When we experience love in our lives it is the one love that gives it life.
In this section of the retreat, we will focus on exactly what love is and how you can rediscover that it is already what all is. Just by being, there is love in and as all situations. There is nothing that needs to be done to bring about the love that already is. However, if there is a sense of a “you” it can be helpful to focus on love as a way of exploring this perspective. Plus, living as the love that all is, is wonderful.
All Is Enough - Wholeness
We appear to live in a world where the prevailing belief is that we do not have enough and that we are not enough. This belief causes tremendous suffering and also causes us to feel like we need to always strive to be more, have more, and accomplish more and to compete for scarce resources or we will not survive. This deep sense of incompleteness comes from the feeling that we are a person apart from all else and are therefore somehow incomplete. In this section of the retreat it can be discovered that this is just a belief, and as you let this belief go you experience that there is already enough and all is wholeness. This changes the whole dynamic of living.
Beyond “It Is All About Me”
Most of us feel like the world or even the universe is centered on our body/minds and this world actually cares what we think and feel. We also feel that everyone else should be putting our interest first. Even when we appear to be doing something for someone else it is usually because there is actually something in it for us. We believe too, that there is actually a “you” that is separate from all else. What if there isn’t actually a “me” —a person center—and there is just what is apparently happening to no one?
The Trap of Owning
Whatever appears to happen in “our lives” appears to belong to us. We take delivery of or own, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, experiences, possessions, our bodies, and everything else that appears. It is so reflexive it is often completely overlooked. It is not that you should not have possessions; it is just our sense of ownership causes what we believe we possess to possess us. The sense of ownership is like glue that holds the belief in a limited person in a hostile world in place.
It Is Not About What You Know
One of the core tenets of the Sedona Method is that when you want to figure something out it gets in the way of knowing. It is often true in our experience that as we let go of wanting to know, we tend to uncover intuitive knowingness and clear reason. This is just part of the picture; knowing itself is another core piece of the illusion of “me.” We believe we need to know who or what we are and that the more we know the safer we are. Yet knowing is also an addiction of the person. The more we know the more we want to know. So we end up living in a loop of knowing. These loops of knowing are self-reinforcing illusions that can appear to prevent direct perception of what is actually happening.
You will learn tools, perspectives, and techniques to continue to transform every part of your life on an ongoing basis, including a powerful in-depth exploration of the most advanced forms of the Sedona Method; the Fifth Way, Free Way, and No Way.
Whether you are new to the Sedona Method or have been releasing for decades, you will find that attending a retreat is like an exquisite spiritual balm for body, mind, and soul. It will help you to shed even deeply held limitations and holdbacks and free you to open to the wide expanse of presence and clarity that is always right within you. And, it will support the recognition of that which is beyond all limitation including the limitation of believing in a separate you.
The retreat will help you to let go of all that appears to be holding you back from realizing all your dreams and desires.
So, if you are ready to breakthrough on every level to a totally new way of being, join us on this upcoming Retreat.
I look forward to being with you!
Love,
Hale
