Unhooked

Letting Go of What the World Stirs Up

For many of us, the world feels uncertain. Emotions—both personal and collective—are running high. In the midst of it all, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, off-center, or distressed.

Unhooked is a 12-session Sedona Method releasing course designed to help you feel safer, calmer, and happier—no matter what’s happening around you.

Without needing to revisit stories or relive the past, you’ll gently release the emotional weight that builds up in everyday life: fear about the future, tension in the present, or sorrow and disappointment over what didn’t go as planned. One session at a time, you’ll come home to inner peace, emotional clarity, and the power that is Being.

This course isn’t about fixing anything.
It’s about letting go of what appears to be in the way.
So you can live freely, fully—now.

Here is some of what we’ll explore together…

The Stories We Live

The emotional weight of modern life can be due to our identifying with and clinging to the stories we tell ourselves about how the world is and who we are. As we explore these stories, we discover that life is not a story. Life is the immediacy of living, and this immediacy is without limit.

Unmet Expectations and Lost Dreams

Life often doesn’t unfold the way we imagined or desired. This session offers space to release the anger, frustration, and grief of the expectations that don’t come to pass—and welcome what is. This allows us to respond appropriately to what is unfolding now.

Letting Go in Times of Division and Uncertainty

When we feel disheartened by politics, conflict, or global events, we often hold unspoken sorrow, paralyzing fear or seething anger. For those who care deeply, the world can feel like it is too much. We can release this collective heaviness and reveal the inner steadiness and peace already present.

Beyond Obsessing

Our thoughts and actions can become obsessive when we are challenged. We find ourselves watching the news, lying awake at night rehashing our day, not able to concentrate on the task at hand or enjoy simply being at rest. As we release obsessive thinking and acting, we free ourselves to enjoy the beauty and bounty that is already present.

Releasing the Need for Control

The desire to manage, fix, force, or explain away whatever is apparently happening creates suffering. In this session, we let go of control and rediscover the peace that already exists.

You Don’t Need to Hold It All Together

Many of us wear strength like armor. We think it’s up to us to make it better. When we release the need to be the one who always holds it together, we discover the harmony of the world that is often hidden.

Life Isn’t Reasonable

When we feel challenged, we often feel that if we only could find the answer or understand it better, we could stop the confusion, frustration, and panic. We also cling to what we know from the past instead of being open to what is most appropriate now. As we let go of wanting to know and of what we believe we already know, clear reason and intuition naturally unfold.

Letting Go of Fear About the Future

Uncertainty about what’s next can drain our energy and joy. It also can cause us to feel like what might happen is already happening. In this session, we let go of anticipatory fear and rest in and as the power that is already present.

Feeling Like We Need to Say “No”

Even positive change can bring tension. Here we explore the mind’s patterns of resistance and begin to release our attachments to “how things should be.” We also release the resistance to what is. As the resistance is released, there is more flow and ease naturally.

Liberating Abundance

When we are lost in the dramas of life, we often have a feeling of scarcity that obscures the abundance that is already naturally available to us. As we release scarcity, we liberate abundance. In this session we will go from scarcity to enough—to boundless wholeness.

It is Not Always About Change

We usually feel like something needs to change for ”everything to be okay.” We postpone, look away from, or miss the limitless aliveness that is already available. As we let go and open, we can discover that it is already this that is.

Making Space for Lightness

Experiencing lightness can be a part of how we feel every single day. As we let go, the ease and lightness of Beingness is revealed.
